Spicy Thai Noodles in under 30 minutes

Yields1 Serving

 1 Package of Rice or Soba Noodles
 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
 6 tbsp Soy sauce
 1 ½ tsp Chili paste
 ½ cup Sesame oil
 6 tbsp Honey
 12 tbsp Uncle Chester's Hot Pepper Sauce
 12 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
 1 Bunch of scallions, chopped
 23 Carrots, thinly cut
 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, raw or lightly toastedd

Chop scallions, carrots, cilantro and set aside

Boil water, cook noodles, drain, and set aside

Heat oils in a large skillet with Uncle Chester's Hot Pepper Sauce for 1 min.

Add in scallions, carrots, chilli paste, saute for 3-5 minutes.

Slowly whisk in soy sauce and honey.

Toss noodles in the skillet with sauce.

Top with cilantro and sesame seeds - Enjoy!
